Patrick Walsh has over three decades of commercial real estate bridge lending, lender finance, C&I lending, and loan restructuring experience. He has launched and grown lending platforms that consistently generated outsized returns and outperformed industry benchmarks.

At Axos Bank, Patrick launched the first-out, CRE-secured “A-note” and lender-finance business, growing assets to nearly $5 billion and establishing Axos as a leading provider of senior financing to top U.S. CRE debt funds — with return on equity and return on assets in excess of 18% and 2%, and zero lifetime losses.

Patrick recently founded Clover Capital, LLC to provide bridge financing secured by commercial real estate across primary U.S. markets and most asset classes. Earlier in his career he held senior roles at GE Capital, Cerberus Capital Management, and CapitalSource. He holds a BS in Finance from Fairfield University.
