When you submit an inquiry or create a Borrower Portal account, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, contact details, company, and details about your financing needs. Inside the authenticated portal, you may also submit detailed deal information and upload supporting documents.
How we use information
We use the information to evaluate financing opportunities, communicate with you, and provide our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Document storage & security
Documents you upload through the Borrower Portal are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are accessible only to you and authorized Clover staff. Files are served through short-lived, signed links and are protected by row-level security tied to your account.
Data retention
We retain borrower information and documents only as long as necessary for the financing relationship and applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. A detailed retention schedule will be published here.
